We got some great news yesterday of a new track of the upcoming seventh LP from The Intelligence out on June 19 from In The Red Records. The album is titled Everybody's Got It Easy But Me, and the new single '(They Found Me In The Back of) The Galaxy' is not only included on the album, but is also part of a split 7" with the Bay Area's multi-instrumentalist rocker Kelley Stoltz. It's so nice to have some new material to look forward to from the whimsical rocker Lars Finberg who also plays drums for Thee Oh Sees and relocated
from Seattle to Los Angeles. His style for The Intelligence is all his own and if you haven't been exposed to the older stuff then you should definitely listen to the track above, 'White Corvette', which is off their absolutely amazing 2010 LP Males, and then go find whatever else you can listen to. The 7" is gone after the first 600 so be sure to grab it while you can. There are no local tour dates yet, but keep checking back.
