PARTY CITY by Je Suis France

Party City
Zetado

I don't really know much of anything about these guys.  The internet isn't too friendly to them (or vice versa based on their main website).  I can't even remember where I originally heard them, but they've been on the list for posting for some time now.  They're a 9-piece from Athens, Ga and released
their latest album, Lets Give 'Em Something To Talk About.  The LP contains 17 tracks that take you across quite a few different pop sub genres.  It's a 90's style lo-fi gem that reminds me of the diversity and creative sound you found in Neutral Milk Hotel and the early Yo La Tengo records.  The most admirable quality of the record, besides its uniqueness and great accessibility, is the genuine fun that it seems to emanate.  Grab two of its tunes here and then head over to their Bandcamp to download the whole album for free (or pay what you want). Grab it, it's worth a listen.  As a bonus, if you pay:

$5 - You get a FREE TSHIRT
$10 - You get a copy of the album on Vinyl & a FREE SHIRT!!
$1000 - You get to ride around in the back of a Uhaul partying with the France (with a keg) while we try to play a private show back there.

Somebody please give them $1000...I want to see pictures of this.
