Los Angeles' Princeton took a break after their 2009 LP, Cocoon of Love, and during that time the brothers in the band found some recognition in their side projects Kisses and Mystery Claws. They're now back as Princeton and preparing to release their second LP later this year on the L.A. independent label Hit City USA who is also home to
other CWR favorites Superhumanoids, The Franks, and Lord Huron. In the meantime, the folks at Hit City USA are releasing the LPs first single, 'To The Alps,' on limited edition, maroon colored 7″ vinyl on March 29 (buy). The tune sees the band moving from the chamber pop sound of Cocoon of Love for more of a synth, pop sound that could easily fit as a Kisses release.
