Emmanuel Can't Come Close Enough
Here's some more fantastic stuff out of Mississippi and the Cats Purring folks. Dead Gaze keep the fuzzy vocals that's been the norm for some of the other bands out of Mississippi, but they take the music into a more lush and psychedelic soundscape. They have a new 3-track 7" single
for 'Somewhere Else' from the French record labels Atelier Ciseaux and La Station Radar that came out 3/15 and is available in physical and digital format here. You can stream the A-side, which I can't stop listening to, below. One of the b-sides, 'Fishing With Robert' is just as hypnotizing and is available to listen/download above along with 'Emmanuel Can't Come Close Enough,' which is available as a b-side off the Take Me Home Or Die Alone single last year.
