Virginia's Eternal Summers have given us a self-titled 10” EP and their most recent LP, Silver, from last year. April 19th will see them putting out another release consisting of a four-track EP, Prisoner, and they've been kind enough to share the title track with the world. It's probably one of their
most upbeat and catchy tunes, which is saying quite a bit considering their catalogue already consists of some uptempo, sharp guitar pop. Prisoner is out April 19 on Forest Family/Kanine Records and is limited to 500 copies on white vinyl...preorder it here. Enjoy the title track above along with one of my favorites from Silver. Their current tour with The Beets brings them to L.A. on May 31 at The Echo ($8 tickets).
