Canada's goth-synth duo Trust established a good buzz leading up to the release of their debut LP with a few singles released last year. The LP is entitled TRST and is out on February 28 from Arts & Crafts Records. After a few listens, I think I enjoyed the piecemeal release of their singles more than listening to an entire album, but that is more a testament of my lack of patience for this type of sound than it is to Trust's songwriting abilities. The songs are still entrancing,
erotic, and beautifully dark in their sound and lyrical content. The highlights of the LP for me were the previously released songs plus a couple of the new tunes, such as the new single 'Sulk,' that was just released a couple of weeks ago.
