Andy Jordan is a creative mastermind out of Oakland that is getting set to release another solo album of other-wordly glam/punk songs.  The LP is called FREEZE and if you like music by weirdos who record in their room all day, this is definitely for you. The release also holds some significance here because it's serving as the inaugural release from CWR
Records, which is born out of CHROMEWAVES RADIO.

Andy Human is a project started up last year in Oakland as the moniker for Andy Jordan and the resulting tunes are riddled with crazy hooks.  You may know Andy from his previous stints with bands such as THE CUTS, BUZZER, MEERCAZ, and most notably his current project LENZ, which is beginning to stir quite its own buzz with an imminent LP release and songs like 'Leaving (The 21st Century).' As Andy Human, he's seen the release of a 7" from the folks at Tic Tac Totally Records for the absolutely genius 'Toy Man' b/w 'Center of Gravity'...both tightly crafted pop gems melding the finest of power pop, a heavy dose of early 80's synth, and a hint of glam to round things out just perfectly. FREEZE takes from all the addictive elements of the 'Toy Man' 7" and gives it a punk flavor that can't be denied.  It's a collection of 10 songs for today, but with all the quality vintage characteristics that demand it to be heard on vinyl so be sure to grab your copy because there are only 500 of these being pressed.  The LP will be released on October 1, but you can secure yours now through the $10 pre-order special at the CWR store. Price will be $12 once its released.

'Land Of the Dinosaurs' is the lead track off the LP and its first promo single, which highlights the detached attitudes and catchy hooks of the LP.  A video is in the works for 'The One,' which also exemplifies the quality songwriting and ability to undeniably grab your attention.  Check out the video for 'Land Of The Dinosaurs' below and some local tour dates to come soon.
