Ghost Wave is a psych-jangle pop band from Auckland, NZ that started out as a one-man electronic noise project and is now a five piece indie pop guitar band that is currently working on putting together a full-length LP. For now, they have an exceptional self-titled EP out from Arch Hill Records (buy) that is fitting of many of their New Zealand pop/rock counterparts such as The Clean and contains songs like 'Hippy,' which is
fantastic, jubilant, and energy-filled guitar pop that is hard not to enjoy. 'Sunsetter' is also featured on the EP further demonstrating their pop songwriting abilities and increasing the anticipation of the wait for the LP.
